Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
This was the last week at Science Tots. The children were investigating solids, liquids and gases. They started the session by having an ice cube each and during the session they observed what changes occurred. The children really enjoyed the session and the highlight was making slime.
This week at Science Tots the children were exploring different types of rocks. They experimented which rocks floated and which sank. The children then had the opportunity to use the dinosaur key to excavate some dinosaur bones and fossils that were buried in quicksand. The highlight was seeing a volcano erupt!
Last week, we were lucky enough to welcome many of our parents/carers into school to share year group curriculum information. The event was very well attended and I hope you found the meetings useful and informative.
If you were unable to attend, you can view the presentations used by year group teachers by choosing the relevant year group on the curriculum section of our website here.
