  Last week saw the return of Forest School. The children have been busy den building, learning to use tools, as well as crafting with a range of fabulous stick men and elder bead creations.

   

  Miss Shepard would be proud of us as we also had a Forest School band with Joseph playing the wooden mallets and Elizabeth on vocals.

• The Parliamentary Review

• A New School Year

  Welcome back to all of our children, parents, carers, staff and wider school community to the 2020/21 academic year and a particular warm welcome to our new children and families starting with us in Foundation 2. I hope you have had a lovely summer and are feeling refreshed and ready for an exciting year at Woodthorpe Infant School.

   

  We have lots of activities and opportunities planned for the children this year, but more than anything, we are so excited to get everyone back at school. Please remember to keep checking your child's year group page each week for regular updates on the learning taking place.
