World Book Day

Today we celebrated a very 'different' World Book Day, with many of our children continuing to learn from home. 

 

Each class teacher hosted a World Book Day quiz for the children in their class that are not currently attending school, whilst the children in school shared a story with Mr Hopkinson through Microsoft Teams.

 

All the children, whether at home or at school, had the opportunity to dress up too and we have loved seeing the variety of costumes on show (including the staff)!

 

The entire school community have also been busy making story jars - a jar which represents one of their favourite stories - which are being proudly displayed along the allotment fence next to the school driveway.
