The School Improvement Plan (SIP) documents the current priorities that the school is focusing on to drive ongoing improvements. The Governing Body is responsible for evaluating the progress made against the plan and has an approved process in place for regular and effective monitoring.
The following priorities have been identified as the overarching areas for improvement for the 2024-25 academic year. From these, the school develops a more detailed SIP which outlines how these will be achieved alongside other areas for improvement.
Priority 1: To improve the quality of English teaching for all pupils.
Priority 2: To effectively refine an ambitious and motivating curriculum so that it secures a good rate of progress for all children.
Priority 3: To improve the quality of EYFS provision.
Priority 4: To enhance children's play opportunities by transforming our school grounds into rich, diverse and sustainable environments for outdoor play and learning.
