  • School Improvement

The School Improvement Plan (SIP) is the document which drives ongoing improvements and developments in our school.  The Governing Body is responsible for evaluating the progress made against the plan and has an approved process in place for regular and effective monitoring.

The following priorities have been identified as the overarching areas for improvement for the 2025-26 academic year:

    • Priority 1: To improve the quality of Maths teaching for all pupils.
    • Priority 2: To effectively refine an ambitious and motivating curriculum so that it secures a good rate of progress for all children.
    • Priority 3: To further develop children's and parent's knowledge of mental health and wellbeing.

From these, the school develops a more detailed SIP which outlines how these will be achieved alongside other areas for improvement.
