Chicken Pox 5 days from onset of rash or until spots are crusted and healed vulnerable children and pregnant members of staff should be informed
Impetigo Until lesions are crusted and healed or 48 hours from commencing antibiotic treatment antibiotic treatment speeds healing and reduces the infectious period
Scarlet Fever Child can return 24 hours after commencing antibiotic treatment antibiotic treatment recommended for the affected child
Sickness and Diarrhoea 48 hours from the last episode of diarrhoea or vomiting  
Whooping cough 5 days from commencing antibiotic treatment or 21 days from onset of illness if no antibiotic treatment  
Conjunctivitis None  
Tonsilitis None most cases are due to viruses and do not require antibiotic treatment
Verrucae/warts None Should be covered
