Volunteers Needed
The school are in need of some volunteers for one hour after school each Wednesday, starting from 7th November 2018.
We are looking for as many helpers as possible to help with clearing the fenced off wildlife area at the bottom of the playground. We are aiming to turn this area into a useable outdoor learning space for our children and the community to use. This will form part of a larger project across school to develop our outside spaces. If you are able to help, please let the office know so we can make sure we have enough coffee, tea and biscuits available!
As the area is quite unkempt at the moment, children will not be able to help for this part of the project. However, we will be making arrangements so your child can be supervised in school for the hour.
You will need to bring any gardening equipment you may have, such as forks/spades, equipment for cutting back, gloves etc.
